Excel Formulas Calculate Age from Two Date Cells [Q]

Ive a problem related to microsoft excel formulas, I need to find if a person was 40 years of age or older (= or >) at his Date of Hire. I have two columns or cells in excel worksheet, Birth Date and Date of Hire. How would I write excel formula to give solve this excel problems?

Excel Formulas Calculate Age from Two Date Cells [A]

Try this excel formulas to calculate age from 2 date columns or cells:

A1 = DOB
B1 = DOH

=DATEDIF(A1,B1,”y”)>=40

The excel formulas above will return either TRUE or FALSE

  4. Hi! May you please help? I want to use a formula to calculate an age from two dates with out manual input. I also need to know how to copy the folmula to include the successive cells up to 230. In other words how do I apply the formula to the entire spread sheet (all of the rows in a column) and not just one row.
